Learn which content, if any, may be reused, what license applies, and when separate permission is required.

This page explains when and how content from https://www.loart.dev may be reused.

1. Default Rule

Unless a specific asset or page clearly states otherwise, no license is granted for reuse beyond normal personal viewing, linking, and lawful quotation.

2. Content That May Be Reused

Where explicitly indicated on the Website, selected original Website content created by LoArt & Dev may be reused under the following license:

Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0)

This means that, for content clearly marked as being available under that license, you may:

  • share it

  • copy it

  • redistribute it

  • adapt it

  • remix it

including for commercial purposes, as long as you follow the license terms.

3. Conditions for Reuse

If content is marked as licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0, you must:

  • provide appropriate credit to LoArt & Dev

  • include a reference or link to the CC BY-SA 4.0 license

  • indicate whether changes were made

  • distribute derivative works under the same license

4. Content Not Covered by the Reuse License

The following are not covered by any general reuse license unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

  • logos, branding, and visual identity assets

  • the name LoArt & Dev, unless used only for attribution

  • client work or commissioned work

  • confidential or unreleased project materials

  • source code, plugins, tools, or downloadable software unless separately licensed

  • third-party assets, trademarks, logos, game titles, screenshots, fonts, audio, or media

  • any content identified as proprietary, restricted, or all rights reserved

All third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may require separate permission from those owners.

5. Attribution Format

Unless another format is specified, a reasonable attribution should include:

  • LoArt & Dev

  • the title or description of the reused material, if available

  • a note that the material was adapted, if you made changes

  • a reference to CC BY-SA 4.0, where applicable

Example:

“Original material by LoArt & Dev, used under CC BY-SA 4.0. Changes were made.”

6. No Endorsement

You may not imply that LoArt & Dev endorses you, your work, your product, or your use of the material unless explicit written permission has been given.

7. No Warranties

Any licensed content is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
